We host a number of sessions and map your current workflows. We assess how approvals move today, identify gaps, and uncover where decisions break down or create risk. We also identify opportunities for integration(s) with existing systems.

We build and configure workflows, routing logic, and governance structures aligned to how your organization actually operates. Many of those steps can be automatic. 

We test workflows with real scenarios, guide change management, and ensure a controlled, low-risk rollout into production. This includes training and hypercare while you go live.

Training, included with every license

Taught by our own team—real Aproove employees, not third-party trainers. Role-specific paths for reviewers, project managers, and admins. As you grow (more brands, workflows, AI Agents, integrations), free training grows with you.

Time to First Value: Under 30 days

Most customers go live with their first workflow within 30 days of kickoff. Multi-phase rollouts build from there—each phase delivers working capability, not roadmap promises.
