Customer Success & Marketing Manager
(USA - Home based)
Aproove is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Customer Success & Marketing Manager (USA - Home based)
Reporting and working directly with the COO, you will take ownership of Aproove’s day-to-day Customer Success objectives and assist Aproove with Marketing activities that promote the suite of products.
You will support the Aproove customer base to achieve customer loyalty by building close longterm client relationships. To accomplish this, you must ensure the customer experience is at the heart of everything you do.
From creating documentation, support videos, webinars, blog posts, new feature demonstrations, you must ensure the health of the client relationship.
You must be aware of everything related to the customer, including any tech support issues, feature requests, bugs, and ensure you coordinate that feedback to a conclusion with tech support, marketing, sales, developers, and the C-Level team within Aproove.
This role will also involve some pre-sales activities such as setting up and running demonstrations for potential customers.
Assisting in Marketing activities is also a vital component of the role. Using the Hubspot CRM system, you will assist in email notifications, blogs, website updates and contribute towards business and feature content.
All customer activity must be logged and communicated centrally in the Hubspot CRM system.
This is a varied role that requires an energetic “can-do” attitude.

Aproove is seeking a graduate or a candidate with 2-3 years of Sales or Customer Experience experience to join our growing team.
The candidate must be comfortable working from home, speak fluent English, and ideally be based in North America although we will consider applications from Europe.
This new role will allow the successful candidate to help mold and establish our working practices in Sales and Customer Success as we evolve the product range.
